Monitoring - Unfortunately, as a result of the maintenance that occurred earlier today, we started experiencing trouble with our connection to NeoProtect's DDoS mitigation in Singapore. This caused severe intermittent connectivity loss. As a result, we've turned off our NeoProtect mitigation temporarily. For the time being, our DDoS-protected IPs are being routed through Global Secure Layer (GSL). GSL offers excellent inline DDoS mitigation with quick detection of DDoS attacks, so please be rest assured that DDoS-Protected IPs are still being protected by our mitigation system. Unfortunately, as a consequence of this change, the firewall filters in the DDoS Protection section of our control panel may not be applied. We are working on restoring NeoProtect as soon as we can so that we can bring back this functionality, but we do not have an ETA for this. **Please let us know immediately if you are experiencing connectivity loss or other problems. This is not normal.**.
